Welcome to the website for the Ohio Beach Project. One of the goals for this website and the Ohio Beach Committee is to inform and educate the residents of Tolchester about our beach.     The efforts of the committee is to make permanent improvements to Ohio Beach. This is a huge task and will require community input and support. One way you can support this work is by participating community events (see calendar and support this project for details)  p r o j e c t s August 2008 - Option to Save the Beach There will be a second meeting held to discuss the Project on Saturday, September 20th at 10am at the Community Hall. We really want and need everyone's support as this truly is a community project and can only happen with everyone's involvement. A beach clean up - TBA  c a l e n d a r Saturday, September 20th at 10am at the Community Hall - Meeting to discuss the proposed project TCA Board/Community Meetings are the 2nd Saturday of every month; 9am for the Board Meeting and 10am for the General Community Meeting - at the Community Center October 4th - TCA Annual Family Picnic - Noon at the Beach (Doris Bowden's property) - TCA Hall if it rains. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and cold dirnks will be for sale. Everyone is asked to contribute either a side dish or a dessert to share. Bring your lawn chairs.
