Working with both organizations, b3 designed a website and database to house the over 2,000 meeting locations, lodgings, restaurants, and attractions. Users can search any one of eight state regions for specific meeting needs. Full details of each location are available including amenities and contact information. Users also have the option to send an RFP to any number of chosen locations by means of an online form or by attaching their own document.
