SSA is a management consulting firm focusing on cost reduction and sales enhancement for Fortune 1000 companies.

Our goal with the Training Workshop Manuals was to design and produce a set of templates for three manuals, a User's, a Trainer's, and a Workbook, that would form the basis for future sets. These templates were for more than a simple change of a word or two, SSA customizes each training session for that clients particular needs - and the manuals needed to follow suit.
