In early 2005, BorisThree Communications was awarded the contract to design and produce all the marketing material for the 2005 Marketing Expo & Conference. The Expo came to b3 for one reason - One Shop.

In the past the Expo needed three suppliers to produce the work. One to design the website. One to program the e-Commerce and databases. And one to design the print materials.

"We have always positioned ourselves as one-stop-shopping for our clients. I'm glad we could help out the Expo." - John Wilson, owner/creative director of b3

Goals of the relationship: to be an extension of the Expo Team so that time is not wasted and information is not lost. Having one "go-to" guy like b3 helps keep everything organized. With a two-day expo and conference, including 60 speakers and 100 exhibitors, the information can get lost very easily.

Goals for the Website: to create a website that is not only inviting but is informative too. There is a lot of information on this site, but it is not overwhelming, and somehow it's all easy to find - that's the trick of the trade.

The site also includes and online registrations form. This e-Commerce solution needed to be flexible enough to handle the different ticket packages and discount codes.

We also incorporate an easy to update database of speakers, bios (including headshots), and schedules.

Goals for the Printed Material: Complete the Image. The Website and Print Material use the same basic design elements so that there is a consistency of image. This gives the viewer the reassurance that this is not fly-by-night company. An important factor when you are targeting a market like Marketing Executives.
